How does billing work?
Engagements use milestone-based billing: a 15% deposit at SOW signing to start the engagement, then payments tied to each milestone as your team delivers. You only pay as work ships.
What if our budget is lower than these ranges?
AI Automation engagements start at $25K for a single senior practitioner. Pod-based engagements (Product Launch and larger AI Automation projects) start at $50K. If your needs are smaller than either minimum, contact us and we'll suggest alternatives.
Can we customize the team size or duration?
Within limits. 8–12 weeks is our standard. Team size scales with scope (typically 3–5). We'll discuss during intake.
How do we know we're getting senior-level work?
Every pod includes at least one Senior pro (8+ years). Mid-level pros execute under senior guidance. All pros pass our vetting.
