Skillsemble has two distinct tracks for two types of work. When you apply, you choose the track that fits your experience.

Track 1

Product Launches

Help Series A–B startups ship products in 8–12 weeks.

Roles: Product Manager, Designer, Engineer, Growth Marketer

Track 2

AI Automation

Help companies implement AI to automate business processes.

Roles: AI Engineer, Prompt Engineer, Business Analyst, Ops Engineer

Senior-led pods, full team capacity

Skillsemble pods are senior-led. Each pod has senior pros providing direction and judgment, and mid-level pros providing execution capacity. Both tiers are valuable; we want pros at the level that fits their experience honestly.

Senior tier

8+ years

Lead pods, mentor mid-level pros, set technical and design direction. Ex-staff, principal, or VP-level experience.

Rates: $150–275/hr depending on role

Mid-level tier

5–7 years

Execute under senior guidance, ship great work, and level up alongside senior pros. Solid execution track record required.

Rates: $75–160/hr depending on role

Payments

You're paid automatically when each client milestone clears — via Stripe Connect, directly to your bank account. No invoice-chasing, no waiting on billing cycles. Pros receive 78% of their billed rate for their time on an engagement.
